Being a young woman in a largely male-dominated industry is sometimes daunting, and I'm always super grateful for the encouragement and support that everyone around me seems to radiate. I'm proud to be one of the few representative female leaders in the automotive industry and I'll continue working hard to be a beacon of light shining forward for others to join me
