Most workshops repair around the tyre — we remove it from the contact area entirely so we can access and fix the full extent of the damage. Note: for diamond-cut rims, we sand only — no spray. This is the correct process for diamond-cut finishes and we'll always advise you upfront if that applies to your rim.
